How do I discover recordings?
On Home, tap Discover my videos. Allow access to the recordings you want TuneRoll to index, then review potential concert groups. On Android, TuneRoll reads permitted videos from your device's media library; on iPhone it uses your permitted Photos library. Originals stay on your phone.
What about concerts I didn't film?
Choose Add a show to enter a concert by artist and date. Your first 10 confirmed concerts are free in total, whether logged manually or organized from videos. When you reach the limit, Pro Lifetime unlocks more. Existing shows remain accessible even if you don't upgrade.
How do I share my Passport, Replay or Reel?
Open a shareable memory or a finished Reel, choose the available Story, Post, video or memory-card export option, and use your device's share sheet. The receiving app controls its posting options. Video Reel capabilities may vary by device and original recording.
How do I restore TuneRoll Pro?
Open TuneRoll's Pro Lifetime screen or Settings and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same app-store account you originally purchased with. An Apple App Store purchase restores on iPhone and a Google Play purchase restores on Android; purchases do not transfer between stores.
What if a purchase or restore fails?
Check your connection, the store account in use, and whether the original purchase has completed. App-store billing errors can prevent the price or checkout screen from appearing. If the problem persists, contact support with the device type and error text, but never send your password, purchase token or payment-card details.
Where do I request a refund?
For Apple App Store purchases, visit Apple's report-a-problem page. For Google Play purchases, see Google Play refund policies. Refund eligibility depends on the store, country and purchase circumstances.
