DATA & PRIVACY
PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: November 4, 2026. This policy covers TuneRoll on Android and iPhone and the TuneRoll website.
Your concert library stays on your phone
With your permission, TuneRoll reads local recording dates, times, duration and available media metadata to suggest concerts. On Android, video access uses Android MediaStore. On iPhone, access uses the device's Apple Photos library and PhotoKit, which may also supply location metadata where available. Features and media-permission scopes vary by platform. Your saved concerts, artists, venues, setlists, rankings, media links and collections are stored on your device. TuneRoll does not upload original photos or videos, saved show names, artist/venue lists, or local media identifiers to our servers or to Singular as part of scanning or organizing. Your originals stay in your device's media library.
Analytics and attribution
TuneRoll uses the Singular mobile measurement SDK, where permitted by applicable law, to understand app installs, sessions and high-level events such as scan completion, creating or organizing shows, the first/third/fifth/eighth/tenth confirmed show, viewing Replay and viewing the Pro page. These are event names, not your concert titles, video contents, artist names or venue names. Singular may receive device or advertising identifiers (for example, Google Advertising ID or App Set ID on Android, vendor identifiers on iPhone), IP address, app/device/network information and event timestamps. This data can be associated with a device for analytics and campaign attribution. Singular states that SDK data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS. IP-based information may also be used for attribution and fraud prevention; whether approximate location needs disclosure in a store form depends on actual processing.
For a newly completed verified Pro Lifetime purchase, supported builds may send signed purchase/receipt data, product information and actual price/currency to Singular for revenue validation and attribution. On Android, acknowledged paid orders may be reported; license-test and promotional orders are excluded from paid-revenue reporting. TuneRoll never sends credit-card numbers to Singular. No raw videos, photos or personal concert archive details are included in these measurement events.
On iPhone, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission separately controls use of IDFA for cross-app tracking. If you decline, TuneRoll does not access IDFA for that purpose. Where permitted, basic app analytics and privacy-preserving attribution can continue without IDFA. Android does not use ATT. TuneRoll does not authorize device fingerprinting to bypass platform choices.
Your measurement choices
In the app, use Settings > Privacy > Usage analytics to review or disable subsequent Singular measurement. On iPhone you may also manage Apple's tracking permission in device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where local law requires consent before particular analytics or marketing processing, TuneRoll must comply with that requirement.
Purchases and Free/Pro features
Save your first ten confirmed concerts for free, whether you add them manually or organize videos. Verified Pro Lifetime ownership unlocks additional concerts and supported premium features. Existing saved concerts, badges and rankings are not deleted or hidden if Pro becomes inactive.
Pro Lifetime is an optional one-time, non-renewing in-app purchase. The Apple App Store handles payment and StoreKit entitlement checks on iPhone; Google Play handles payment and signed purchase verification on Android. The actual localized price is displayed by your store before checkout. Pro ownership is tied to the original store account, so purchases made on Android do not restore on iPhone or vice versa. Each store handles its own billing and refund rules. TuneRoll does not receive your payment-card details.
Sharing, media and notifications
Sharing a saved concert, image or recording requires your action and uses the device's share sheet. Recipients and social apps may process anything you choose to share under their own policies. Optional Replay reminders, where available, are scheduled locally rather than sent as remote push notifications.
Optional upcoming-show lookup
If ticket listings are configured, choosing to search may transmit the city you enter and selected artist names to the relevant ticket-listing provider or TuneRoll's lookup service. Opening a ticket link takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy practices.
This website
The TuneRoll marketing website is a static site. Its hosting provider may process standard IP addresses and request logs for security and operation. External websites linked from TuneRoll follow their own privacy notices.
Retention, access and deletion
Your concert records remain in private app storage until you edit, remove, export or delete them or manage device backups. Deleting TuneRoll does not delete the original videos or photos in your device's library. Google, Apple and Singular retain data under their applicable terms and data processing arrangements. For applicable access or deletion requests relating to analytics, please contact TuneRoll through the Support page. You can turn off future in-app usage measurement in Settings > Privacy > Usage analytics.
Contact and updates
This policy will be updated as features, SDK behavior or legal requirements change. Please see our Support page for contact details. The relevant app store's terms and privacy practices also apply to purchases made through that store.
